Job summary

RELEX Solutions in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to guide the SEA manufacturing consulting team while remaining hands-on with delivery tasks, including basic configuration and implementation work.

You will mentor and develop the team, translate customer needs into scalable RELEX plans, and drive regional enablement with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the RELEX Plan platform, including business rules, database, workspace, and configuration of new solutions.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team while staying hands-on with delivery tasks.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts effectively.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable solution specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for delivery and design.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and planning.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort using AI in daily work and contributing to AI tool development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach the SEA manufacturing consulting team to achieve objectives.
• Manage day-to-day workload, utilization, and resourcing to meet promises.
• Onboard and upskill team on manufacturing fundamentals and RELEX Plan basics.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
• Act as the first escalation point for delivery or customer issues.
• Stay actively involved in end-to-end manufacturing implementations with hands-on design, configuration, and testing.
• Perform and review basic-level configuration tasks on the RELEX Plan platform.
• Translate complex customer requirements into robust solution specifications.
• Support day-to-day troubleshooting for ongoing implementations.
• Share best practices regionally and upskill regional teams and partners.
