Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a medical device industry is required.
• Experience working in multi-cultural teams with cultural sensitivity.
• Internship or substantial technical knowledge in related manufacturing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities in production areas.
• Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.
• Oversee scheduling of work orders and team performance metrics.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to procedures.
• Provide regular manufacturing metrics and progress reports to management.
• Participate in improvement projects and coordinate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company rules.
