Job summary

Amgen Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our next generation biologics facility. You will lead NPI readiness, manage cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and QA, and drive schedule and budget adherence for new product introductions.

You will also lead equipment introductions, oversee digital tools, and pursue productivity improvements while ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead/work well with teams, open to changes and new ideas
• Strong communication skills - ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capability – ability to respond to changes, gather required data, evaluate options, and communicate analysis recommendations to facilitate decision making
• Attention to details, strong organizational/project management skills and error-proofing habits
• Knowledge of facility and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of tools and systems (MS Project, MS Excel, SAP, PI-Vision, Smartsheet, Spotfire)
• Ability to create and standardize business/work processes
• Ability to coach, train and develop manufacturing associates

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction (NPI) – lead manufacturing to support site/facility fit assessments for new product
• NPI – represent ASM in Digital Tech Transfer (DTT) initiatives
• Identify and drive improvements in NPI workflow
• NPI readiness across Manufacturing/Supply chain/Engineering/Automation/EHS/Validation during New Product Introduction
• Develop and manage schedule for NPI/operational readiness; ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Prepare manufacturing documents/systems for NPI, including SOP, SUD, batch records, BOM
• Act as SME during regulatory inspections for NPI changes, deviations, investigations, CAPAs
