Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with 2 years of related experience OR
• Associate’s Degree with 4 years of related experience OR
• High School Diploma with 6 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution of plant operations and troubleshooting
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters for atypical trends
• Prepare solutions, equipment, cell culture and purification operations as required
• Stage materials for autoclaving and washing; perform filter integrity testing
• Support in-process testing and regulatory compliance activities
• Interact with inspectors and apply GMP knowledge
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits
