Job summary
Amgen Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Specialist to drive New Product Introduction and equipment introductions, coordinating across Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain and Engineering. You will manage complex cross‑functional projects, develop schedules, and ensure documentation readiness for new products.
With strong leadership and communication, you will help drive productivity, digital tool adoption, and regulatory readiness while aligning with site budgets and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Must have advanced degree or equivalent GMP experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of facility and manufacturing processes and related systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage site projects and drive productivity/continuous improvements.
- Develop schedules for NPI/operational readiness and budget adherence.
- Ensure readiness of manufacturing documents/systems (SOP, batch records, BOM).
- Act as SME and support regulatory inspections for NPI related activities.
- Lead New Equipment/Technology Introduction projects and digital tooling.
