Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science with 2 years of experience; a Master's with internship/Thesis accepted.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes using SIX Sigma and LEAN methods.
• Develop moderately complex experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes.
• Analyze and resolve CAPA, non-conformances, and audit observations.
• Develop training and documentation materials for production teams.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to meet deliverables.
