Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field is required.
• 2 years of related experience required, or a Master's with internship or thesis.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes using SIX Sigma and LEAN methods.
• Develop experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances).
• Develop training materials and work instructions for production.
• Establish project plans and use project management tools to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks and train technicians.
• Coordinate with leadership for incidental duties
