Zusammenfassung

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a QA Engineer in Woodlands, Singapore. You will develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspect products, and drive continuous improvement across Production and Quality teams.

Requirements include a diploma/degree in engineering and 2-3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing, plus the ability to read engineering drawings. The role offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,000–2,800 with OT, AWS and a performance bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment
• Able to read & interpret engineering drawing.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards and inspection plans.
• Inspect and verify products to ensure they meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and investigate quality defects and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation.
• Monitor production quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist with customer complaints, corrective actions and quality investigations.
• Support internal and external ISO audits and ensure compliance with the company’s QMS.
• Provide guidance to quality staff on quality requirements and inspection methods.
