Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing operator to support production activities at our Kallang facility. You will work with engineers on set-up, calibration, and quality testing of parts and assemblies, while collecting operating data for on-line adjustments.

The role offers basic salary with shift allowance and overtime. Training will be provided for candidates without experience, and the job operates on Monday to Friday with rotating or fixed shifts.

Job Scope:

• Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
