Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a training and technical support specialist to deliver new product training for operators and QC inspectors at our Changi facility. The role emphasizes practical instruction and on-site guidance for production equipment.

You will provide daily technical support, including troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance to ensure quality and smooth operation of processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide new product training for operators and QC inspectors.
• Provide product training for new hires.
• Provide daily technical support, including troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving technical/quality issues with equipment or products.
• Conduct internal/external equipment calibration & maintenance on a regular basis.
• Set up test fixtures and production equipment.
• Assemble and test computing products at production line if there is an urgent need.
