Job summary

Medtronic in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Technician III to support Manufacturing Operations. You will leverage process data, training programs, and continuous improvement methods to optimize performance, ensure quality, and drive compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include operator training, SPC data analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to improve cycle time, yield, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process training and operator competency assessments.
• Experience analyzing SPC data and identifying process improvements.
• Experience supporting process troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operator training and competency assessments to support process adherence.
• Analyze SPC data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support to engineering and production teams to improve cycle time, yield, and quality.
• Perform process monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem investigation.
• Collect and report performance metrics using trend and root cause analyses.
• Maintain process designs, SOPs, and GMP-compliant controls.
• Execute testing activities and prepare reports for process improvements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to technicians and production personnel.
