Medtronic Singapore Operations is seeking an Engineering Technician III to support Manufacturing Operations through training, technical support and process improvement. You will work with production and engineering to enhance performance and ensure quality in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes operator training, data-driven improvements, and compliance with SOPs and GMPs, contributing to efficiency and product quality in Singapore-based manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with operator training and competency assessments.
• Experience analyzing SPC metrics and manufacturing data.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and root-cause investigations.
• Experience working in regulated environments using SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operator training and competency assessments.
• Analyze SPC data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide technical support to engineering and production teams to improve cycle time, yield, quality and safety.
• Perform process monitoring, troubleshooting and problem investigations to support stable manufacturing operations.
• Collect, analyze, and report salvage, nonconformance, and process performance metrics.
