Qualifications

• Experience conducting manufacturing process training and operator competency assessments.
• Experience analyzing SPC metrics and data for process improvements.
• Experience supporting process troubleshooting and corrective actions in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMP requirements in manufacturing.
• Ability to document and report process performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operator training and competency assessments to ensure process adherence.
• Analyze SPC data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support to engineering and production to improve cycle time and quality.
• Perform process monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem investigation.
• Collect and report salvage, nonconformance, and performance metrics with root cause analysis.
• Maintain procedures and controls in compliance with GMP/SOPs.
• Assist in minor projects and document technical reports.
• Coach and train technicians and production personnel.
