Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking operators at Pioneer MRT.

The role runs 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm with a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus incentives and allowances, AWS 13th salary, a 15% quarterly bonus, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid monthly over 12 months. Training is provided; manufacturing experience preferred. The position requires following instructions, operating equipment, reading schematics, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while completing

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic data analysis and computer systems knowledge.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools to prepare and assemble products.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out reports, orders, scraps, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized tasks.
