Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team at Kian Teck Ln. The role involves following instructions, operating equipment, reading schematics, and ensuring quality while maintaining clean work areas.

Offering a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentive, transportation allowance, AWS 13th salary, quarterly bonus up to 15% of annual salary, and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000 ( SGD 1,500 after 6 months and SGD 1,500 after 1 year ).

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and standard procedures.
• Operate equipment and machinery to prepare and assemble products.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and perform tests/inspections.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Complete manufacturing reports and records accurately.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized tasks.
