Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operator (Up to $2600) in Singapore.

The role is based a short walk from Pioneer MRT, with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and training provided to support cross-cell training. Salary includes a $1.9k base, AWS, transport allowance of $80, monthly incentives of $90, quarterly bonuses, and a sign-on bonus of $3k (with $1.5k after six months and another $1.5k after one year).

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Basic computer systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
