Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking multiple Operator positions based near Pioneer MRT in Singapore. The role involves following work instructions, operating machinery, reading schematics, ensuring quality, and recording reports.

Training will be provided to new hires, with a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentives and various allowances. Selected candidates will join a structured manufacturing environment, with a sign-on bonus and quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
