Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team near Pioneer MRT.

Working location is on site with a 5-day work week from 8am to 5pm. The role offers a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentive, transport allowance, AWS 13th salary, quarterly bonus of 15%, and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000 (paid monthly at SGD 250 over 12 months). Key duties include following work instructions, operating equipment to prepare and assemble products, reading schematics,

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
