Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing engineering or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in process improvement and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices and standards.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reliability test production activities, including scheduling, workflows and capacity planning.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient production operations and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Lead process-improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Evaluate existing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
