Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing engineering or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of process improvement and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and standards; data viz tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reliability test production activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning and quality yield.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient production operations and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and improve quality.
• Evaluate processes and equipment, identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
