Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Planning coordinator to plan and coordinate schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. You will monitor material availability and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams, track progress, and prepare planning reports on status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• For candidates with a Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in production planning, material planning or supply chain is a plus.
• Proficient Excel skills; ERP/MRP/SAP exposure preferred.

• Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment activities.
• Identify potential supply or production issues and support timely resolution.
• Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Degree or relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP/ SAP systems is preferred.
