Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. You will monitor material availability and inventory levels, and collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP/SAP is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Prior experience in production planning or supply chain is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP/SAP systems is preferred.

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support planning activities.
• Track production progress and follow up on delays, material shortages, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate planning records, production schedules, and inventory data in the system.
• Assist in material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory replenishment activities.
• Identify potential supply or production issues and support timely resolution.
• Prepare planning reports and provide updates on production status, material availability, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP/ SAP systems is preferred.
