RESMED ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a Manufacturing Master Data Manager to drive data discovery, governance, and MES/ERP integration across manufacturing and supply chain. You will translate plant needs into detailed data requirements and collaborate with operations, IT, and supply chain to ensure data quality and transformative delivery.
Key focus areas include data discovery, governance, and KPIs, while guiding multi-squad delivery, ensuring alignment with business value and scalable solutions.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in master data management or data governance.
- Experience with MES/MEP design.
- Experience coordinating multiple delivery squads.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Responsabilidades
- Lead cross-functional squads to translate needs into use cases and plans.
- Own portfolio and roadmap for manufacturing master data solutions.
- Align capacity and dependencies across squads and escalate blockers.
- Guide solution and integration decisions with governance.
- Ensure data quality and issue resolution across MES and ERP.
- Coordinate with GTS/ IT and business teams.
- Develop documentation for data issue resolution.
