Job summary

Resmed is embarking on a multi-year manufacturing transformation across our Singapore and Malaysia facilities. As Engineering Lead, MEP, you will drive engineering capabilities and standards, partnering with value streams and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable outcomes.

You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, digital tools, and process standardisation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality systems alignment across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven background leading transformation initiatives within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience guiding technical teams and delivering results through others.
• Knowledge of quality systems, validation, process controls, and compliance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering requirements across value streams.
• Provide technical direction and align engineering priorities for scalable solutions.
• Partner with value stream owners and stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving, change management and governance initiatives.
• Champion adoption of digital tools, automation, data-driven decision making.
• Establish metrics, governance, and benefits tracking for transformation outcomes.
• Ensure manufacturing requirements, quality systems, validation, traceability and compliance.
• Influence senior leaders to build alignment and remove barriers.
• Develop transformation capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Manage interdependencies, risks and priorities for delivery.
