Job summary

Completion Products Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support the Production Manager with logistics, purchasing, and administrative tasks related to finished goods. You will manage outgoing deliveries, coordinate with forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams, prepare packing lists, DOs, invoices, and ensure documentation aligns with compliance.

The role emphasizes vendor relations, cost-conscious sourcing for direct and indirect materials, and maintaining 5S and safety standards

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate/Nitec.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for finished goods shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and issue Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice and related documents.
• Liaise with forwarders, suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Handle purchase orders for direct/indirect materials and monitor supplier delivery.
• Arrange daily transportation and manage driver schedules.
• Ensure 5S, safety guidelines, and quality procedures are followed.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and support company programs.
