Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a finance leadership capacity.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related; CA/CPA advantageous.
• Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing finance and product costing.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems, data analytics and automation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor finance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnering.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Chinese language proficiency advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance and accounting operations, including reporting and closing.
• Strengthen governance, controls and processes.
• Lead FP&A functions including long-term planning and budgeting.
• Provide financial insights to senior management for decisions.
• Develop product costing methodologies for manufacturing.
• Partner with commercial, operations and corporate functions to improve performance.
• Support tax matters, transfer pricing, and finance transformation.
• Drive strategic finance projects like cost optimization and automation.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
• Undertake other finance-related initiatives as required.
