Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company in Singapore Tuas Plant seeks a manufacturing excellence professional to implement and sustain BD Excellence work processes, lead productivity-improvement initiatives, manage Venflon projects, and develop validation and manufacturing documents.

The role coaches associates in continuous improvement, drives OEE, supports safety and environmental accountability, and participates in projects while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Implements and sustains BD Excellence work processes for the manufacturing unit.
• Identifies and plans improvement projects for productivity improvement.
• Project management for Venflon improvement projects, including change control, MSA, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and production implementation; develops process FMEA, work instructions and manufacturing documents and trains operators to perform validation activities.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
• Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
• Participates in manufacturing projects when required.
• Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability; ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company rules and procedures and participating in recycling, replacement, and reduction initiatives.
• Safety & health accountability: adhere to safety programs and training; tasks to align with safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Performs any other tasks as assigned.
