Job summary

Resmed seeks an Engineering Lead for its Manufacturing Excellence Program across Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive capability, standards, and solutions within a major transformation, guiding value streams, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will lead with Lean and Six Sigma, align priorities, and champion digital tools while ensuring regulatory and quality expectations are met throughout the change journey.

Qualifications

• Proven background leading transformation initiatives within manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environments.
• Strong leadership of technical teams and delivery through others.
• Experience improving productivity, quality, and cost via cross-functional change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering requirements across value streams with right expertise at the right time.
• Provide technical direction and align priorities for scalable, transformative solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and define future-state operating models.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and program governance practices to deliver results.
• Champion adoption of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision making.
