Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of related experience to develop and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documentation to meet production volumes and quality standards.

You will work closely with Product Development to ensure robust, manufacturable products, lead process validation activities, and drive quality and efficiency improvements in line with GMP and LEAN principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documentation to meet production volumes.
• Resolve technical issues and uphold OH&S guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure manufacturable products.
• Introduce and maintain production procedures and provide training on new equipment, processes & procedures.
• Complete process validation activities and documentation.
• Identify and implement quality and efficiency measures including GMP, Six-Sigma LEAN improvement actions.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to junior staff when appropriate.
