Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MY) is seeking a Change & Capability Partner to land the Manufacturing Excellence Programme changes on the shop floor. You will translate strategy into practical execution plans, calendars, communications and training across multiple sites and waves.

You will work with the People Team CoE to deploy learning pathways, run pulse checks and provide adoption-ready materials. A strong execution discipline and senior stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management, capability deployment, learning rollout, operational excellence or complex programme execution.
• Proven delivery of change and capability plans across multi-site, cross-functional environments.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, lean, automation or MES / digital adoption experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run the change plan and its rhythm across sites, waves and squads.
• Craft and land the narrative with leader cascades, manager toolkits and FAQs.
• Engage stakeholders with workshops, briefings and go‑and‑see activity.
• Deploy capability using People Team pathways and track proficiency.
• Take pulse checks and reinforce readiness and adoption dashboards.
