Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a process engineer to develop and validate manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, cost and timely delivery. You will support production teams, investigate issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

The role requires analyzing data, evaluating process capability, and identifying opportunities to reduce defects while introducing new technologies and digital tools. Collaboration with suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering and process implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with production teams, technical specialists and suppliers.
• Professional engineering accreditation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Salary & Working Hours

• Up to S$6,000 per month
• Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm
