Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable engineer to manage production planning, execution, and equipment implementation in a Singapore facility.

You will drive process improvements, lead cost-effective upgrades, and ensure quality and safety standards across operations. The role requires relevant manufacturing experience and strong MS Office skills in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing/plant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement production schedules with planning/operations teams.
• Lead technology transfer and equipment implementation on the production line.
• Identify improvements to processes, equipment, and workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure GMP, ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and environmental requirements are met.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
