Job summary

GARNER HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to plan and optimize production processes, turning raw material into updated or new products efficiently.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 2 years of experience. You will work with CNC, Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SAP, coordinating with multiple departments to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Precision/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD; NC programming.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production and inspection processes.
• Prepare CNC programs and fixtures for casting machining.
• Coordinate with departments on delivery requirements.
• Lead First Article part process and documentation.
• Support milling, turning, grinding and honing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce cycle time.
• Design fixtures for casting machining.
• Improve processes to shorten cycle time and ensure quality.
