Job summary

CRAGAR INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Process Engineer in Singapore to develop, optimize, and maintain precision manufacturing processes for CNC machining. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to design fixtures, improve tooling efficiency, and implement improvements that boost productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in precision engineering and CNC machining, with strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in precision engineering and CNC machining.
Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP in manufacturing.
Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
Experience with machining tooling selection.
Experience with process validation and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize precision engineering processes for CNC machining operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP requirements, and company quality policies.
Design and develop fixtures to support precision machining and assembly processes.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Program CNC machines and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend machining tooling to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
Conduct process validation, capability studies, and continuous improvement projects.
Document and maintain process workflows, SOPs, and technical reports.
Provide technical training and guidance to operators and junior engineers.
