ELECTRO SCIENTIFIC INDUSTRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD is seeking an Industrial Engineering Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize production layouts, ensuring efficient space use, resources, and workflows.

This role also covers process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives. You will lead layout design, time and motion studies, capacity planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support new

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, and process optimization.
Proficiency in CAD tools for layout design (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Visio).
Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient production floor layouts to optimize space and flow.
Conduct time and motion studies to reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity.
Analyze processes and develop SOPs; apply lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste.
Perform capacity analysis and advise manpower and equipment utilization.
Collect and analyze production data; prepare management reports and dashboards.
Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain; support new product introductions.
