Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering or related.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for layout design.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design production floor layouts to optimize space and flow.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Analyze processes; recommend efficiency and quality improvements.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Apply lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Support new product introduction with layouts and processes.
