Job summary

EDWARDS LIFESCIENCES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a supervisor to oversee manufacturing staff across production areas and ensure smooth, compliant operations.

You will conduct performance reviews, manage work orders and team metrics, ensure proper training, and collaborate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions to sustain productivity and quality in a medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Internship or substantial technical knowledge in manufacturing/quality.
• Experience in multi-cultural teams with cultural sensitivity.
• Experience in medical device industry; fresh graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and manufacturing activities across production areas.
• Conduct performance reviews and resolve performance issues.
• Oversee scheduling of work orders and team metrics.
• Ensure staff training and competency for assigned work.
• Monitor productivity, quality and training metrics; report to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure appropriate staffing for all positions.
• Participate in improvement projects; work with engineering on investigations and CAPAs; review non-conformances.
• Other incidental duties.
