MSD Singapore is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to coordinate manufacturing activities for the IPT, including resource allocation, batch documentation, and SAP/MES support. You will oversee documentation reviews, update inventories, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The role requires cGMP knowledge, collaboration with GTO/Process Engineering and Quality, and strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of document revision and control processes (SOPs, forms).
• Ability to lead CI activities and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support manufacturing activities to meet production plans.
• Update SAP/inventory and batch documentation; issue PO and goods receipts.
• Lead change initiatives for manufacturing documentation with cross-functional teams.
