Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Manufacturing Data Analyst to map the MES data landscape, document business requirements with manufacturing and plant operations, and support data governance across work orders, routings, BOMs, genealogy, and production records.

You will produce timely reporting on MES-to-ERP data flows, establish data quality metrics across MES and MEP data, and translate requirements into clear user stories and data specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• SQL and Excel knowledge with data viz tools.
• Understanding of data management and databases.
• Ability to collaborate across manufacturing, IT/GTS and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Map MES data landscape and identify data sources.
• Gather requirements with manufacturing and plant operations.
• Document processes for MEP data elements including work orders, routes, BOMs and genealogy.
• Produce reporting on MES-to-ERP data flows.
• Establish data quality metrics across MES and MEP data.
• Investigate data discrepancies across work orders, routings, genealogy, and ERP master data.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and data specs.
• Support data governance across manufacturing execution.
• Validate MES and MEP data solutions with senior team members.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and training workshops.
