• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
