Support prompt delivery and BAU enhancements requested by the business.
Participate in discussions with development, business, and testing teams.
Bridge the gap between business requirements and user acceptance tests.
Responsible for using test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter and Karate.
Track outstanding defects and work with delivery team to resolve tickets promptly.
Support Scrum activities and testing status reporting with business users.
