Job summary
MSF's Sector Strategy and Development (SSD) is a central policy directorate within the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) that oversees sector-wide policies and programmes to ensure sustainable and well-planned services, a competent and future-ready workforce, and well-resourced sector with active contributions from the community.

Qualifications
- Background in a related discipline with interest in the social sector.
- Strong data analysis, systems-thinking and policy development skills.
- Experience in managing projections methodology and dashboards preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate policy considerations into implementation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee manpower demand-supply projections model for key professions.
- Process and transform datasets into user-friendly dashboards for senior management.
- Conceptualise and develop strategies to meet sector manpower needs.
- Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning and social service agencies.
- Assess manpower implications of new or updated services.
