Job summary

MatchaTalent in Singapore is seeking a Finance & Trade Operations Staff to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and end-to-end trade documentation for a regional FMCG hub. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in bookkeeping, accounting administration, or trade admin.
• Experience in FMCG, MNC, manufacturing, or international business preferred.
• Hands-on with import/export and trade documentation.
• Familiarity with commercial documents: invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, origin certs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, organize, and archive import/export and shipping docs.
• Prepare/commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AWBs, origin certs.
• Coordinate with factories, customers, freight forwarders, and customs.
• Daily bookkeeping and transaction recording, including journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Submit financial/docs to HQ and external accounting or audits.
• Maintain filing systems for audit readiness and traceability.
