L&K ENGINEERING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. Singapore Branch is seeking an EHS Administrator in Woodlands. Your role includes maintaining EHS documentation and ensuring safety compliance on-site.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, have at least 2 years' experience in construction, and must communicate in Mandarin with associates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in construction projects, preferably in cleanroom or semiconductor.
• Familiarity with construction safety documents and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update safety-related documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports.
• Coordinate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports.
• Track safety induction training records for all workers.
• Assist with scheduling safety toolbox meetings and drills.
• Ensure accurate submission of EHS documents.
