Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry.
• Strong industry knowledge in commercial cleaning and disinfection.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory skills to manage and guide cleaning staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in various projects and manage cleaning logistics.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments for safety and compliance.
• Review work orders for timely and accurate completion.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff.
• Perform administrative or operational duties as assigned.
