Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager to lead development, conduct and completion of studies in line with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will mentor junior PMs and manage cross-functional teams, budgets and timelines across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or related field.
• Approximately seven years of industry experience; 1–2 years in PM.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Experience in managing early-phase and healthy volunteer studies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities across sites and vendors.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity per ICH-GCP.
• Mentor junior project staff and coordinate study start-up/close-out.
