Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end clinical research projects across phases I–IV. You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, and ensure delivery within budgets and timelines while upholding GCP and SOP standards.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee feasibility, site setup, data management and sponsor communications, and coordinate with regional teams to drive successful study outcomes. Fluency in Mandarin and Korean is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Seven years in the industry with 2–3 years in project management.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Korean is highly regarded.
• Experience across regions and renal domain is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee study start-up, feasibility, site setup and budgeting.
• Monitor data quality, safety reporting and timelines; deliver progress reports.
