Job summary

Smart IMS Inc is hiring a Project Manager with Mandarin and English proficiency to support a top-tier banking client in Singapore. You will oversee cross-timezone delivery, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications across China/Taiwan regions and APAC.

The role requires 4–5 years of project management experience in banking tech, familiarity with agile methods, and hands-on use of Jira and MS Project. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of project management experience, with 2–3 years in Banking Technology.
• Experience delivering technology projects across China/Taiwan and APAC.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects with detailed plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and report status.
• Mentor a team of project managers, developers, and technical staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor coordination.
