Qualifications

• Singapore Citizens/PRs preferred.
• 10+ years in private banking or wealth management.
• Experience servicing HNW/UHNW clients in international contexts.
• Fluency in Mandarin mandatory.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding lifecycle and account opening requests.
• Coordinate and monitor execution of client instructions with stakeholders.
• Support Relationship Managers in client reviews and due diligence.
• Serve as a point of contact for client queries with prompt resolutions.
• Maintain records of client interactions per internal policies.
• Review and maintain client portfolio information and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support MAS compliance and AML/CFT and sanctions controls.
• Monitor service quality and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
