Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 required
• 5-10 years of experience in client servicing or sales operations
• Private banking experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Open accounts, prepare documentation and instructions.
• Process credit approvals, investments and deposits.
• Execute clients’ instructions.
• Inform RMs and clients of irregularities.
• Ensure private banking transactions comply with policies and law.
• Handle daily client inquiries.
• conduct controls-related duties (eg. call-back)
• Assume other tasks as assigned.
